Terms of service.

Bookings. All bookings are requests until confirmed by us in writing. Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee availability.

Deposits. A $100 deposit secures your time. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled session and are forfeited for cancellations inside that window.

Conduct. All activities at Dungeon ATX are predicated on enthusiastic, ongoing consent. We reserve the right to end any session at any time without refund if conduct violates the agreed terms of the session.

Discretion. What happens here is private. We do not share visitor names, contact details, or session particulars with anyone. We expect the same discretion from our guests.

Liability. Activities involving kink and BDSM carry inherent risk. Guests acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for their own participation.
